General Terms and Conditions
You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your item to contact ÉQUIPEMENTS ROADLOFT INC. (“ Roadloft ”) according to the procedures below in order to return or exchange a product or report any anomalies with your order. Once this period has expired, Roadloft unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Only regularly priced items may be returned within the allotted time for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, promotional items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
When shipping an item for return or exchange, Roadloft strongly recommends using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and subscribe to delivery insurance. Roadloft is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
WARNING: The times within which an item is delivered may vary, particularly due to the delivery address. Roadloft is not responsible for any additional delivery delays, regardless of the cause of the delay, including but not limited to any delay caused directly or indirectly by strikes or other pressure tactics by delivery service provider employees, by any case of force majeure, war or local or global pandemic.
Return and Refund Procedure
For any refund of an item within the allotted time, please first contact Roadloft by email at info@roadloft.com to provide details relating to the issue justifying your refund request, including photographs of the item concerned by the refund request and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Roadloft undertakes to analyze your request sent by email within a reasonable timeframe and reserves the right to contact you by phone or email for additional details concerning your request.
Once Roadloft has completed the analysis of your request, an email will be sent to you to inform you, as the case may be, of the refusal or acceptance (subject to inspection of the item) of your request.
If your refund request is accepted, you must send the item to the following address: 695, rue du Carbone, Québec, QC, G2N 2K7.
If the inspection of the item subject to a refund request is not satisfactory, Roadloft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to act on this refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (such credit being reduced by (30%) of the total price (before taxes) as a cancellation fee in addition to an amount corresponding to 3% of the total price (with taxes) as credit card processing fees) or to your original method of payment within twenty (20) business days. You are responsible for all costs incurred to return your item to Roadloft for a refund, if applicable, including shipping costs. If Roadloft pays such costs on your behalf, these will be deducted from the credit applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund within the allotted time, please first recheck your credit card, bank account or original payment method transaction history and then contact the customer service of the entity concerned to confirm that no transaction is in progress.
If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@roadloft.com.
Exchange Procedure
For any exchange of an item within the allotted time, please first contact Roadloft by email at info@roadloft.com to provide details relating to the problem justifying your exchange request, including photographs of the item concerned by the exchange request.

You are responsible for all costs incurred to return your item to Roadloft for exchange, if applicable, including shipping costs. If Roadloft pays such costs on your behalf, these will be deducted from your credit card or original method of payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Roadloft assumes your shipping costs for any item exchanged due to a defect in the item not resulting from breakage during transport or shipping.
Order Cancellation
In the event that you cancel an order containing a conversion kit, for any reason whatsoever:
- Any deposit paid to Roadloft by means of your credit card is non-refundable and will be retained in full by Roadloft; or
- Roadloft will retain an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total price (before taxes) of this conversion kit if you have paid the full price of the item by means of your credit card, and a credit equal to the balance will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the transaction within twenty (20) business days.
Roadloft reserves the right to claim any loss resulting from damage it may suffer in connection with the cancellation of a conversion kit order.
